If you do not know, Cat’s is Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical is based on “Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats” by TS Elliot. So different from its contemporary musicals it was presumed that it would be an almighty failure… but instead it has become an almighty success!
Lloyd-Webber created an unforgettable score and with a spectacular set – complete with super-sized junk – the audience are brought into the world of the cats who live in the streets around the Russell Hotel.
The night starts with an invitation to the Jellicle Ball and fom that moment on the audience is introduced to all of the Jellicle cats as we wait to find out which one will go up, up, up, to the heavyside layer!
From Old Deuteronomy to Rumpleteaser and Mungo Jerry every cat’s tale is magical – full of fun, joy and maybe a little bit of sadness. But I defy anyone to go home and look at their cat in the same way after a Cats Theatre Break.

As I mentioned we have both top price seats and more seats priced more for the budget concious, so breaks start at less than £60 per person for ticket and accommodation including breakfast, service and VAT (based on two people sharing a stwin or double room).
Hotels range from the Travelodges around central Edinburgh to the 5 star Balmoral and Sheraton Grand Hotels so there is something for everyone there too!

Evenings: Monday to Saturday at 19.30pm
Matinees: Thursday and Saturday at 14.30pm
